V1.1 - Touch Controls & Fixes

Touch Controls
This Version now adds a "Touch Control" toggle button on the title screen. It defaults to active when the app is opened on a device with the "Handheld" devicetype. Otherwise it's defaulted to be inactive.

Gameplay Fixes
There was a section of the game that was cut off from the rest. That section was now integrated to the rest of the game.
There also was an issue with one NPC not saying one important line of dialogue (related to the cut off section) that is now fixed.

Visual Fixes
The black fader in the gameplay scene was disabled while building V1.0. In V1.1 it is enabled again, like it should have been.
